Their headquarters are located in Tokyo, Japan, but they allow you to shop their entire inventory online and they ship internationally. L’Ecrin also has two physical boutiques that you can visit; one is located in Tokyo and the other is in Singapore. They have a large selection of Hermes bags, but specialize in selling Birkin and Kelly bags.

However, all of their bag prices are listed in Japanese Yen, which can make it difficult to figure out the price when shopping from outside of Japan. They provide high-resolution images for each bag listed on their site along with basic information about the bag. However, many of the bags do not include information about the condition.

Shipping is done through FedEx or EMS and the payments can be completed via wire transfer or PayPal. L’Ecrin also offers a gift wrapping service. They also do not accept returns unless a customer can prove that the bag they purchased is a fake. They promise to sell only authentic Hermes products.
